Okay so many scientists believe that time is equal to the speed of light and that if you travel faster than light then you will travel back in time, I believe that this is a deeply flawed statement. In fact I now believe that time itself is created at a fixed point in the universe where the big bang origonated, and time eminates from this point.
This theory is one of my more contraversial ones in that time is in fact relative to the movement of every atom in the universe and without time there would in fact be no movement, and the ability to move is only possible due to the fact that time is being created and as this happens we are able to move. Of course this theory would make it next to impossible to reverse time as you would be required to be able to contract the universe and also reverse the direction of every single atom in its movements at the exact same time. This of course does allow for a device that would enable matter to be excluded from the timeline so that it could pass safely into the future without ageing, as if you could create a device that closes off everything in the universe including time it would in effect create its own frozen bubble of spacetime, of course with this there would be the problem that there would be no window to see into this box and that no signals would be able to penetrate inside (as if anything can penetrate obviousely time can still penetrate) so in effect you would be creating a schrodingers cat situation, where the state of the item inside is not known until the box is opened, the box could either be empty or full and the person inside could be frozen from time or ageing, and in fact could be dead or alive.
Why do I believe that time in fact moves faster than light, it is fairly simple really because in fact the universe moves faster than light, it expands at a rate faster than light, and I believe that the speed of time would correspond to the rate at which the universe expands because as more time is created the universe expands, this would also leave the ability to exactly age the universe open to anyone who could determine the furthest point from the center of the universe, this would be the oldest point containing the most complex life forms and matter from the early universe, and towards the center would be new matter and the youngest point of the universe as more time is created the universe expands further. If I had the ability to measure the expansion rate of the universe of course I could tell you the formula for calculating the speed of time but as I lack both a science lab and the equipment to do this all I can provide at this point is a simple theory. This theory of course would be proved correct when scientists working on bending light in a fruitless attempt at time travel fail as it would be clear that time travels faster than light, or of course you could find a way of sealing off a room from every aspect of light both seen and unseen, and this would be a far simpler method of showing that time is not able to be transversed by bending light as if you seal off a room so fully that light does not travel, of course to a degree that time and other atoms might as it could be concieved that accidental sealing of time could occur, but at the level where all known light cannot travel through and if objects inside still age then simply by manipulating light you cannot travel through time.
There is of course the possibility that an object could travel faster than time itself but the forces acting upon an object travelling at such a velocity would be inconcievably high that I believe you would either require a level of shielding far beyond anything even theoretically possible these days or that simply any objects travelling that fast would be obliterated in the process and not even dust would survive.
